I bought two clever lines about 8 months ago. This is my first negative review to write about a company or a product, but are forced to. For both desktops and broke in the first two months within 3 weeks of each other. After a nightmare, with their tech support who sent me two of them back to be repaired. I'm sending them both back after another nightmare experience with the Overseas Technical Suppport. Their technical support team has argued that, since the small size and compenents. I tried to see if you exchanged these clever lines for a desktop more traditional. I was willing to pay more. They would not. Before my experience with their tech support and customer service I would buy another HP. I try a different brand.
